Provide all hydraulic presses. Bakalit Press , plastic Press, Speed Press, etc.
Provide PLC control panel and HMI ( human machine interface)
Due to High efficiency and low friction , it is recommended to use PLC controller instead of hydraulic presses controller.
Increase Press speed: Replace solenoid valve to proportional valve that works 10-0 or ma 20 – ۴
Decrease pressure pump
Reducing oil friction (viscosity)
Minimize human error
Install an electronic eye on both sides of the press
High resolution LCD screen at any angle.
Replace more than 200 Hydraulic Control panel to PLC control panel
Control panel Specifications:
heavy presses control panel are next to low tonnage presses and embedded on the side or in the press.
Panel frame and color of the frame is static and Rytal .
The brand of PLC used in control panel is Taiwanese brand , LIYAN or XINJE or DELTA with 24digital inputs and 20 digital outputs or two analogue inputs and two analogue outputs.
TFT LCD Touch screen is easy view or XINJE brand and the size of 5 inches and 7 inches.
All contactors are Hyundai brand.
All isolated relay that are responsible for switching the solenoid valve are 16 ampere and Finder model.
All of these items will change according to the customer requirements.
