Detailed description of the equipment used in SCHULER Press
PLC used is made in Taiwan, HMI is Made in China . Isolated LCD monitor transmitters and relay PLC are Zettler from Germany and the other equipmenys are from Autonics Korea.
Most of the Schuler presses has three separate motor system :
۱)Main motor which is installed on the upper part of the press and it is responsible for the cycle. in this process we will remove all limit switches, all of which deal with automatic cycle and replace with the liner which control the process automatically.
۲)Templates tuning course motor: in this part by adding template course liner, which is responsible for adjusting the mold heigh, by entering the number , it will guide the course automatically.
۳)Inching Motor, with a 1/8 power and speed of the main engine that enables the user to work Slowly to the surface, and other applications is releasing in the press while locking.
